CCE's Beyond the Bell Halloween Dance was a HUGE success!
From cupcakes to balloon-filled igloos, Limbo dances to random dance moves caught by the strobe lights...it is safe to say that the evening was a wonderful success!
THANK YOU to our amazing students for doing so well during their first quarter of school that they earned this fun privilege!
We are proud of you, Mavericks!

"EXTRA! EXTRA! READ ALL ABOUT IT!"
CC-E would like to thank the Everly Public Library (Christie and Janice) for having several stations at our recent Family Fun Night. Kudos also go out the City of Everly for their parking help with our hayrides and the Hap Ketelsen Center for hosting our event. Many, many thanks!
Last, but not least, CC-E would like to thank the crew responsible for hayrides at the Family Fun Night in Everly yesterday. We appreciate the efforts of Levi Hurlburt (tractor driver), Josh Griffin (tractor owner), and the Royal Lions Club (wagon owner). You guys rock! 💥💥💥
Sending a big Shout Out to all of our student leaders and staff who stepped up at CC-E's Family Fun Night yesterday in Everly. The event could not have happened without the leadership of our Mavericks who practiced Leader in Me's Habit 6 (Synergize). Together we are better!!!
Wow! What a night!!! Thanks to all the families who turned out in Everly last evening for CC-E's Family Fun Night. Over 100 people shared a yummy meal, played games and a STEM challenge, listened to stories, and took a hayride around town. Memories. Were. Made. Go Mavs! 🚜🍁💛❤️
Josh Toft of Toft Electric recently came by to finish up some work in our newly improved Nature Learning Center. Our preschoolers were eager to dig in and assist Mr. Toft with whatever he needed, even taking his shovel back to the truck. Look at these awesome Maverick Leaders!
Rarely is there cuter, sweeter, or more eager help than that of a Maverick!
The Mavericks had a special visitor today, Royal Fire Chief Matt Goyette!
Chief Goyette discussed all things fire safety with our students. He encouraged all to have a fire escape plan for their homes, to check and maintain all smoke alarms and make sure there is one in each room, and of course to never play with fire.
The students were able to check out the Royal Fire Department fire truck as well.
CCE would like to thank our local Royal and Everly Fire Departments for keeping our local communities and Mavericks safe! You are our heroes!
Calling all CCE K-6th Grade Students: a SPOOKTACULAR dance lies ahead!!!
See our Beyond the Bell flyer below for details and SAVE THE DATE!!!

Clay Central Everly 5th and 6th graders enjoyed a field trip last Monday to Scharnberg and Oneota Parks with Clay County Naturalist Bri Blom.
The two grades enjoyed testing out their archery skills, team building and fishing.
The children all had a wonderful and fun time on their fall field trip day!
