Students got busy this past Tuesday exploring the world of watercolor painting. During a Mavericks Create! after-school art club session, Ms. Kluender shared techniques for painting landscapes. 
Each student crafted a landscape based on a favorite place or memory. Ideas ranged from local backyards to national landmarks (like the St. Louis Arch or Florida’s 7 mile bridge). Color and creativity bloomed throughout the afternoon. Way to show your talents, Mavs!!!
